Select the View Maintenance Scheduled option from the main screen after logging in. Begin by choosing to scan equipment or viewing the Maintenance List. When choosing the Scan Equipment you will begin by scanning the equipments barcode. At that point you will be able to view the upcoming cleaning schedules that are in the system for this equipment. Only the most relevant scheduled entries will be displayed for each type (daily, weekly, monthly, etc). Tap any available scheduled maintenance entry to view and or complete. You might need to scroll down in order to see and tap the Complete button if the maintenance description is long.
Tapping the Maintenance list will display all pending maintenance schedule entries that have been created but not completed. You can see a wider view of maintenance schedules by changing the filter at the top. By default this screen will filter and display Todays scheduled maintenance entires. Tap the filter box, located above the list results, and choose from the available ranges (daily, weekly, monthly, or annually). Tap the individual maintenance schedule entries in order to view and or complete. You might need to scroll down in order to see and tap the Complete button if the maintenance description is long.
