Orders
The Orders page displays all fulfillment orders in the system and provides tools for searching, filtering, editing, printing, and reviewing order history. Users can quickly manage orders using grid filters, status indicators, and action menus.
Orders Grid Overview
The Orders page contains a grid with all orders currently stored in the fulfillment system. You can quickly locate orders using search filters, status filters, and date range options.
If additional columns are hidden due to screen size or nested rows, click the plus icon on the far left side of a row to reveal more details.
If a company is marked as Credit Hold, users will not be able to ship orders or print fulfillment assets until Accounting has approved the order. Credit Hold settings are managed from the Admin Companies page.
