The general settings section in Virtual Office will allow you a way to set some of the basic system settings.
Virtual Office System Location/Navigation:
Administration > Configuration > General Settings
Here is a list of the currently available settings:
Security settings – Password Expiration settings, login attempt and lock out time settings.
Quarantine Sticker – Set colors
Release Sticker – Set colors
Conditional Release Sticker – Set colors
Rejected Sticker – Set colors
Batch Sticker – Format/Size
Percentage of allowed BPR yield – When the yield of a BPR is entered and saved the difference between the yield and the original BPR count is calculated. If the percentage is +/- more than the percent set, the email event BPR Container Yield is triggered.
Testing Default Form Number – This setting is the default form number when printing out lab testing for batches.
Testing Default Form Revision – This setting is the default revision number when printing out lab testing for batches.
